Customer service
You can always get in touch with customer service through our contact page. But you are also always welcome to call us. Customer service is always ready to help with questions about our products.
Payment
PurCity offers our customers to pay by Take payments in person via BACS. More commonly known as direct bank/wire transfer, take payments in person via checks or pay (direct mobilepay or other approaches) with cash (or by other means) 50% up front and 50% upon delivery.
Bank transfer
We receive payment to our bank account in Nordea Bank to Reg. No. 1329 kontonr .. 0723437822. By bank transfer there is no fee. You are not protected by the opposition scheme. Usually it takes 1-3 business days before we receive your bank transfer. Once the money has gone into our bank account, the item will be sent to you.
Prices and sold out items
All listed prices are always inclusive of VAT, but not including shipping. PurCity can change the prices listed at any time, if necessary. We are subject to third party delivery issues, which in 1% of the times can take within 7 to 14 days, but we try to send it as soon as possible, usually within 2-5 days.
Shipping
The ordered items are shipped with GLS and can be picked up in a GLS Packing Shop, which you choose when ordering. We ship to Denmark. If you wish to have it sent abroad, please write an email to us.
We will endeavor to ship the package as soon as possible normally within 2-5 days from your order. We will first raise the amount on your card when the item is shipped from PurCity. You can never raise a larger amount than you approved at the time of purchase.
Warranty
When you shop at www.purcity.com, you always have 24 months’ right to claim claims pursuant to the Purchasing Act.
If there is an error on a water ionizer, for example, we will repair it at our German service center. You will at times be able to borrow a water ionizer (table model) until you get your own back again. PurCity Denmark will of course be responsible for all shipping costs associated with shipment to service center and return to the customer as well as freight costs relating to the loan machine.
The lack of the product must not be due to improper use of the product or be neglected by a behavior that has damaged the product.
There must always be advertised within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the lack of the item. If advertised within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If your claim is warranted, your shipping costs will be refunded if they are reasonable.
Cancellation
If you want to return an item, you must either call or write to us first.

Along with the returned item, attach a copy of the order confirmation, or attach information about your name, invoice number, and you wish to return your money and state your account number if you wish to have the money returned to your bank account.
If you regret the purchase, the goods must be sent to the addresses provided by PurCity.
Buying at www.purcity.com can also be undone by refusing to receive the item right after payment. You can also cancel the purchase by handing the item personally to the above address by prior agreement.
RETURN POLICY
- A full refund minus shipping fees will be granted only if a machine is returned both unused and within 7 days of delivery*.
- A restocking fee of 700 DKK will be charged when:
➡ A machine is returned used (water runs through the machine even once) within 7 days of delivery.
➡ A new machine is returned after 7 days but before 1 month after receipt.
- A used machine returned after 7 days but before 1 month of receipt will be charged a processing fee (in lieu of a restocking fee) of 3,000 DKK.
- A machine in any condition may NOT be returned for a refund after 1 month following receipt.
➡ In the event of financing, the buyer is accepting the responsibility to fulfill their monthly payment obligations in totality if the machine is not returned within the 1 month return period.
- Shipping fees are never subject to a refund. Installment charges are refunded on a prorated basis.
- It is the owner’s responsibility to pack the machine in safe, secure condition.
* Receipt refers to the date of pickup or date of signed delivery of the machine. Days are counted from that date (day of delivery), not the purchase date of the machine.
I have read and fully understand all of the stipulations stated above.
The condition of the product when returning it
NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part, if:
- You have taken the item in use.
- The product has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
- You have handled the product differently than it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the product.
The return goods must be without damage and must be returned in substantially the same condition as at the time of purchase.
You can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product has been used (e.g. a washing machine has been used in a washing machine or a water ionizer has been connected to the cold water tank, then we will of course consider it used, which means that, upon withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion of the purchase price will be returned, Depending on what we can sell the item to. It will be evaluated when the item returns.

In order for you to complete a purchase at www.purcity.com, we need the following information:

The registration of your personal information is done solely for the purpose of delivering the item to you.
The personal data is registered with PurCity Denmark, where they are stored for five years after which the information is deleted.
You are always welcome to contact PurCity Denmark to gain insight into the information we have on you as a customer. You can always access your information by sending an email to us at [email protected]
Only PurCity Denmark employees have access to these information (your orders and which addresses you have ordered).
Information provided to www.purcity.com will in no case be disclosed or sold to third parties and we will not detect any personally sensitive information.
Law and jurisdiction
All agreements entered into at PurCity Denmark’s webshop are concluded in Danish and in accordance with current Danish legislation. Any dispute regarding purchases made via www.purcity.com and the terms and conditions attached to the matter shall be filed with the Court of Copenhagen, Denmark.
